Mabel Pelimiano

Maria Pelimiano or Mabel, is the temporary Administrative Assistant for the Engaged Teaching Hub. Her role includes providing administrative support for Dr. Carolyn Sandoval, and the day-to-day operations of ETH. Prior to UCSD, she worked for a large healthcare organization locally for 31 years with the last 18 years in management positions. Mabel brings with her an extensive experience in the daily operations of multiple outpatient medical specialty departments, managing multi-disciplinary medical and administrative professionals, budgeting, scheduling, project management, and problem solving. In her free time, Mabel enjoys spending time with her family, baking, cooking, and traveling.
