English Language Program for International Instructors (ELP-ii):
- provides classes to international graduate students with a teaching assistant position to prepare to teach at UC San Diego.
- supports campus community members to respond to the increasing cultural and linguistic diversity of the campus.
- assists hiring departments to complete the hiring of international graduate students who have been proposed to work as a teaching assistant.
- foster a culture of belonging for the teaching and learning of instructors and all students.
ELP-ii offers the following services and resources:

- Teaching resources
- English language proficiency testing
